Baxter Johnson Contracting (BJC) is a site development company located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our services include erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, storm drainage, curb and gutter and asphalt paving.
BJC is a third generation successor business built on a foundation that began in Raleigh in 1954. The same commitment to excellence and dedication to customer service that guided the company in the 1950’s continue to guide it today. We put ourselves in the shoes of the owner and work to create a product that will exceed expectations for years to come. Brady Johnson
Brady oversees executive management, administration, marketing, and finance and ensures compliance with relevant environmental, regulatory and safety matters. He also leads networking and marketing efforts with customers and industry associations. He has extensive management experience in construction, public accounting and consulting, bringing a breadth of knowledge to the business and its clients. He has worked in every capacity with the Company and in addition to his current role has worked as a laborer, truck driver, and equipment operator. Brady holds a B.S. degree from N.C. State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a CPA licensed in North Carolina.
Clint Johnson
Clint oversees the operations and estimating for the Company. His expertise in managing large and small site development projects stems from work as a laborer, truck driver, operator, and foreman. He is an authority in site layout and design and works to value-engineer every project he is a part of. His key responsibilities include supervision of all site work, grading, and utility projects as well as coordination with owners, engineers, and inspectors. He is also responsible for directing the project managers and foremen on-site and supervising subcontractors. Clint holds a B.S. degree from N.C. State University.
